On Yoga Workshops
The workshop was so great! I finally floated back to chaturanga from crow! Twice! I've been trying to wrap my head around that one for months and it finally clicked. Also rolling from my back into crow was brand new for me and so accessible! Yay! Oh, and I'm sore today which doesn't usually happen with normal classes!
On Health Coaching
Skylor has really changed the way I relate to food, and now I can see a direct correlation between the things I eat and how I feel. I would recommend her to anyone who wants to discover a healthier way to eat, what foods don't work well for your body, or just want to feel more in control of your nutrition.
